Alex Maldonado
President & Founder
Alex Maldonado is the Founder and President of Swan Commercial Group, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, renovations, facilities maintenance, and general contracting. He founded US Store Maintenance, a respected commercial contracting firm that built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, dependable execution, and outstanding client service. In June 2026, the company was rebranded as Swan Commercial Group, reflecting its next generation of leadership and expanded vision while continuing the same commitment to quality that has defined the business for decades.
Throughout his career, Alex has overseen thousands of commercial construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across the retail, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Widely regarded as a subject matter expert in construction, estimating, project execution, and building operations, he has earned the trust of clients by consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. His portfolio includes work for nationally recognized brands, including KFC, and among his most notable accomplishments was leading the construction and grand opening preparation of the iconic Forever 21 flagship store in Times Square, which remained in operation for more than 15 years.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and French, Alex has built lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners throughout his career and across the United States.
Victoria Maldonado Swan
Managing Partner
Victoria provides strategic leadership across Swan Commercial Group's operations, organizational development, and business initiatives. Working closely with the leadership team, she focuses on strengthening internal operations, driving organizational growth, and ensuring the company delivers an exceptional experience for clients and partners alike.
A graduate of the American University of Paris and Georgetown University, Victoria brings a diverse background in program management, strategic communications, and business operations. Prior to joining Swan Commercial Group, she founded and operated RioBabe, gaining firsthand entrepreneurial experience in building and managing a successful business. Her professional experience also includes work with leading national security and international organizations, where she developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, operational leadership, and strategic planning.
Having lived, studied, and traveled extensively throughout the world, Victoria brings a global perspective to the company. Fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, she is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering operational excellence, and supporting Swan Commercial Group's long-term growth and commitment to exceptional client service.
Ryan Swan
Managing Partner
Ryan is responsible for business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives for Swan Commercial Group. He focuses on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and connecting clients with comprehensive commercial construction and facility solutions. Working closely with the leadership team, Ryan is committed to strengthening the company's network, expanding its reach, and building upon the reputation for quality and service established over more than three decades.
Ryan is an Army veteran who served ten years on active duty as an Armor and Military Intelligence officer. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Georgetown University, he brings extensive experience in leadership, project management, strategic planning, and risk analysis. His military service cultivated a disciplined, mission-focused approach to solving complex challenges and leading high-performing teams. Ryan continues to serve as an officer in the Army Reserve in Washington, D.C.
